Refund policy

At Cartiv, we value your satisfaction and want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


✅ Standard return policy

  • Most new and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition, along with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.


🚚Return shipping

  • National orders (within Italy): returns are free.
  • International orders: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


⚠️Non-returnable items

For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, some items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care products
  • Customized or engraved items
  • Clearance or sale items


🔁 Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, style, or product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


📦 How to start a return

  • Contact our customer service at support@cartiv.org with your order number.
  • Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  • Pack the item securely and resend it as instructed.


❌ Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.


📍 Notes

  • Refunds are processed exclusively to the original payment method.
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to be processed by the bank or credit card issuer.
  • Return policies may vary for specific promotions or special products, and such exceptions will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
