📦 Processing and Handling Times
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- You will receive an order confirmation email once the purchase is made and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been shipped.
🚚 Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard shipping (domestic orders): 3-7 business days
- Express shipping (domestic orders): 3-7 business days
- International shipping: 7-15 business days (varies based on destination and customs)
Note: delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or customs clearance (for international orders).
💲 Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping for orders over €50 in Italy.
- Orders below this threshold will have a fixed shipping fee of €6.99
- Express shipping and International shipping are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
📍Shipping coverage
We currently ship to:
- Domestic: Italy
- International: Belgium, France, Netherlands, Germany
If your country is not listed at checkout, unfortunately we do not currently ship there.
⚠️ Additional information
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders with incorrect addresses may be delayed or returned to sender.
