Everyone responds differently to red light therapy. Our recommendations are intended as general guidelines: feel free to experiment with different combinations of time, brightness, and distance to find what works best for you.
For skin treatments, use medium brightness (40-60%) and position the panel approximately 2-4 inches away. Ten to 20 minutes per day is usually sufficient.
For pain relief or sore muscles, use high brightness at a distance of 5-35 cm (2-14 inches). Sessions can last up to 20 minutes, depending on the settings.
